HAIRCUT - I've taken a leaf from Janines book, and have been getting photos taken when I've had my haircut. Only problem was today the light was fading quickly, and the kids were not much help, even my 'reach the arm out' didn't work very well, so I am quite disappointed, but this is one that I thought was Oooookay
HOLIDAY - It is our 10th wedding anniversary next week, and we are having the night in Auckland by ourselves (we actually are trying to get to Aussie for a few days, but just can't fit it in at the moment), what can we do? All you Aucklanders, apart from the Casino, which is a must, and the movies, what else is happening in Auckland?

Your haircut looks great - although I didn't know what you looked like before, so ... ;-)
Happy Anniversary - 10 years! That's awesome! As for what to do in Auckland, you could check on Ticketek or Ticket Direct and see what shows are on. Or just have a nice leisurely dinner at one of the great city restaurants. We just spent last Saturday in town doing all that stuff, great fun!!
Trying to think of a title for your layout ... what about something like "The Simple Things" you could add a little bit of journalling about how doing something simple like feeding the ducks can be a really fun memory and special time for the kids with Dad ... just an idea!
Haircut looks good - background looks like some surreal alien invasion is about to take place! LOL!
I like Hannah's title idea. Taking time for the simple things that are free but are remembered by the kids. Nice to have that Dad-kid bonding time too.
Lots of stuff to do in Auckland - check here http://www.viewauckland.co.nz/whats_on.asp
Just had a thought about the title while driving today... how about 'Tis a gift to be simple, 'tis a gift to be free. :-)
like the haircut (and the photo-per-haircut idea)
layout title ... you could take some words from the journalling, or you could put the date as the title (one moment in time, sort of thing)
have fun celebrating your anniversary.
Angela - hey, love the 'do! Maybe check out Sylvia park and catch a film at the Hoyts there. It's suppose to be the largest in the southern hemisphere! I hope I haven't missed ya!
If I was having a night in Auckland with DH and no kids I would go out for dinner/brunch and walk and talk and just enjoy one another without racing around too much.
Have a lovely time.
